I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. They overbooked and sent me to a different hotel that was dirty and unpleasant. The initial hotel had stunning views and nice facilities, but the service left much to be desired, making me feel like my reservation wasn't respected. I don't think I'll return here given the way I was treated and the alternative accommodation I was provided.
